India: Hindustan Zinc increases base metals prices by up to 12.5%

Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), a subsidiary of Vedanta Limited, increased zinc and lead ingots prices by 12.5% and 1.5%, respectively. Special high-grade zinc prices are at INR 378,000/t ($4,987/t) and lead prices are at INR 215,700/t ($2,845/t) exw-Udaipur, excluding GST. Zinc inventories at LME-registered warehouses fell to 130,425 t, down 2.76% on a d-o-d basis.
