JSW Steel has increased galvanised plain coil (GPC) prices by INR 5,000/t ($66/t) with effect from 1 Apr’22 on higher costs of coating materials and elevated prices of substrate HRC, sources informed SteelMint.
- GPC (0.8mm, 80gsm): INR 93,000-94,000/t ($1,231-1,244/t)
- PPGI (0.5mm, 90gsm): INR 108,000-109,000/t ($1,430-1,443/t)
- Prices are basic and on exy-Mumbai basis excluding GST at 18%.
