The domestic IF rebar market observed low sales today, with pressure piling on manufacturers to conclude sales by means of offering trade discounts. The decline in billet and sponge iron prices over the last couple of days has weakened market sentiment. Traders are not willing to procure material and increasing inventories at mills is putting pressure on suppliers to reduce prices.
