Korea South-East Power (KOSEP) has invited bids through tender for purchase of 560,000 MT Coal on annual basis.
KOSEP, a subsidiary of KOPECO and one of the leading power producers in (Jinju) Korea, invites bid for two different tenders; both have equal quantity of 560,000 MT.
General conditions
- Minimum quoted lot quantity should be 80,000 MT (for shipment from China, Indonesia & Russia)
Or
140,000 MT (for shipment from Australia, Canada, South Africa, USA, Colombia etc) on FOBT price basis only
- Suppliers (Coal producers\marketing companies\trading companies) should have experience of supplying over 180,000 MT Coal to Steel/Power companies of Korea, Japan or Taiwan in the past 3 years
Or
Suppliers who have successfully supplied over 360,000 MT Coal to KOSEP since year 2001
Or
Have contractual performance for supply of over 2 MnT Coal to Steel/Power companies
- Supplied Coal should be from a single mine
- Bidders have to submit all relevant documents
