Steel billets prices in China’s Tangshan remained stable at RMB 4,830/t ($759/t), inclusive of 13% VAT on 29 Mar’22. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s rebar futures contract for May’22 delivery on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) closed today at RMB 5,012/t ($787/t), witnessing a significant fall of RMB 46/t ($7/t), d-o-d.
