The domestic rebar market saw weak buying enquiries and dull sales across regions due to the instability in semi-finished steel prices in the spot market. Prices remained stable in a few markets in the western and southern parts of the country, while the central region witnessed a price correction. In other markets, buyers continued to make need-based purchases, which forced manufacturers to adjust prices.
