On 23 Mar’22, Australian premium hard coking coal prices decreased by $27/t d-o-d to $598/t FOB, while Australian low-volatile PCI coal prices fell by $30/t d-o-d to $555/t FOB. Prices fell as the market is hopeful of improved Australian supplies in Q2. In addition, the panic created by the Russia-Ukraine conflict has subsided.
