- Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO) increased prices of primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) by INR 3,750/t ($49/t) today. The effective price stands at INR 312,250/t ($4,101/t) exw.
- The closing price for the three-month aluminium futures on LME was $3,504.5/t on 22 Mar’22 as against $3,521/t the previous day.
- The company has two bauxite mines at Mainpat and Kawardha in Chhattisgarh, with a capacity of 4.5 mnt and 2.3 mnt respectively.
