Steel billets prices in China’s Tangshan remained stable at RMB 4,720/t ($742/t), inclusive of 13% VAT on 22 Mar’22. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China’s rebar futures contract for May’22 delivery on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) closed today at RMB 4,918/t ($773/t), witnessing a marginal decrease of RMB 5/t ($1/t), d-o-d.
