Australian low-volatile PCI coal prices has come down by $10/t d-o-d basis towards the week’s end and is assessed at $625/t FOB basis. The fall has come as buyers are in wait and watch mode amid unaffordability and absence of spot cargo offers from the sellers. Indian buyers were also heard to be looking for Russian PCI coal amid heavy discounts.
