Steel wire rod manufacturers in Raipur increased prices today by INR 1,000/t to INR 64,000/t exw after opening at a stable level in the first half. Rising cost of raw materials supported the hike in wire rods prices and trade discounts were reduced by the resellers. Market participants observed adequate trades today in the price range of INR 62,000-62,500/t exw.
