India: ERW pipe prices rise on high raw material costs

ERW patra pipe prices increased by INR 900/t in Raipur on 16 Mar’22 owing to rising input costs. Current offers for base grade ERW pipe (41-60 OD) are assessed at INR 62,000/t exw Raipur. Meanwhile, ERW patra pipe prices are assessed at INR 63,500/t exw Mandi Gobindgarh, up INR 2,000/t d-o-d. SteelMint reported pipe prices in Raipur at INR 66,000/t last week, – down INR 4,000/t w-o-w. Prices exclude GST.
