Russia: Steel billets exports remain largely stable, m-o-m, in Jan’22

Russia’s steel billets exports remained largely stable in Jan’22 at 1.34 mnt compared with 1.36 mnt in Dec’21, as per data recently by customs.
Mexico was the largest importer at 0.3 mnt, followed by Belgium and China at 0.2 mnt and 0.15 mnt, respectively.
However, export volumes fell 8% on year as against 1.45 mnt in Jan’21.
