Taiwan: Flat steel exports fall 11%, m-o-m, in Feb’22

Flat steel exports by Taiwanese mills’ stood at 0.64 mnt in Feb’22, down 11% as against 0.72 mnt a month ago, SteelMint data shows.

• HRC, plates export volumes rose 9% to 0.33 mnt while CRC dropped 14% to 0.10 mnt in Feb.
• China, Vietnam and Japan were the leading importers of Taiwanese steel with 0.08 mnt, 0.06 mnt and 0.05 mnt, respectively, in Feb.
