India: Mill scale prices rise sharply as pellet offers edge higher

Mill scale prices are at INR 8,150/t exw Raipur, up INR 550/t w-o-w. Although current offers were heard at INR 8,500/t, buyers have not revealed any firm interest at current offers.
Hike in pellet prices continued to boost mill scale offers.
On the other hand, SteelMint’s assessment for mill scale (Fe 70/68%) stands at INR 8,600/t DAP Kandla, up INR 350/t w-o-w.
