India: Pellet prices increase in Bellary, Karnataka

Iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary increased on rising coal offers up to INR 10,700/t exw today against INR 10,200/t on 1 Mar, as per SteelMint’s assessment.

• Deals for 3,000 t were confirmed in this publishing window at around INR 10,300/t exw.
• However, fresh offers are hovering around INR 11,000/t exw.
• Pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices moved up to INR 39,100/t exw against INR 36,500/t on 1 Mar.
