Vedanta (FACOR) held an auction for ferro chrome on 4 Mar’22 which received bids at a much higher level on lower domestic supply and increased demand at attractive rates from Japanese and European buyers. The auction established that participants are anticipating a further hike in ferro chrome prices amidst international geopolitical disturbance.
