Indian steel mills raised rebar export offers due to a rise in production costs and domestic offers. Price indications for BF (B500B) rebar are at around $820-825/t CFR Hong Kong on actual weight (AW) basis. As per trade sources, no deals were reported due to active bookings by key importing nations from Middle East at comparatively lower offers. In a recent deal heard, a rebar export deal from Qatar was concluded at $805 CFR Singapore (TW) basis.
