India: Balco hikes aluminium ingot prices by INR 10,000/t ($131/t)

Bharat Aluminium Company (Balco) increased primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 10,000/t ($131/t) d-o-d, as per company sources.
Post revision, Balco’s effective price stands at INR 324,000/t ($4,260/t).
The sudden rise in LME prices led to the price hike.
