Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur increased offers by INR 500/t to INR 56,500/t exw. Compared to Saturday, closing offers increased by a total of INR 1,000/t. Prices remained supported by moderate trade and transactions in structural steel along with higher raw material prices. However, buying enquiries were limited at current prices as buyers adopt the wait-and-watch policy. Trade discounts by suppliers stand at around INR 600-800/t, SteelMint learned.
