China’s stainless steel giant Tsingshan has raised tender prices for ferro chrome (Cr 55%) by RMB 300/t ($48/t) m-o-m to RMB 8,495/t ($1,346/t) for Mar’22 procurement. All prices are on a ‘delivered to plant basis’, including taxes, with delivery latest by 15 Apr’22. Current market prices of ferro chrome are at RMB 8,650/t ($1,371/t) ex-Tianjin.
