China: Crude steel production of CISA mills continues to decline in mid-Feb

The average daily output of crude steel by Chinese mills in mid-Feb’22 stood at 1.89 mnt, down 1.28% m-o-m and 16.80% y-o-y, while average daily steel output during the same period was 1.8 mnt, a y-o-y decrease of 14.70%. The daily output of pig iron was 1.68 mnt, a decrease of 2.09% m-o-m and 16.69% y-o-y.
