Crude steel output of key mills in China falls nearly 7%, m-o-m, in early Feb’22

In early Feb’22, the average daily output of crude steel of China’s key steel companies was 1.92 mnt. In the first 10 days of the month, average daily output was 1.81 mnt, down 6.52% m-o-m and 12.24% y-o-y, data from the China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) show. The average daily output of pig iron in early Feb’22 was 1.71 mnt, down 1.48% month-on-month and 11.81% year-on-year.
