India’s steel exports in the Jan-Mar’22 quarter will likely amount to over 4 million tonnes (mnt). In the first quarter, India exported 5.77 mn t, followed by 6.98 mn t in the second quarter and 3.57 mn t in the third quarter of FY’22. Nepal is the biggest importer of India steel, while JSW steel has the largest steel exports volume in all quarters.
