Vedanta subsidiary Electrosteel Steels (ESL) has recently commenced mining operations at the Nadidih Feegrade iron ore mine which it had won in the auctions in Odisha last year, sources informed SteelMint. The mine has an area of 117.206 hectares with explorations done upto G2 level. It has geological resources of 23.69 mn t iron ore with average Fe content of 60.41%
