Taiwan’s leading steelmaker, China Steel Corporation (CSC), hiked its steel product prices by TWD 800/t ($18-29/t) for Mar’22 sales. The company decided to increase prices considering strong demand in both the domestic and overseas markets and the cost-push from sharply rising raw materials (iron ore and coal) prices.
