Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur increased today by INR 300/t d-o-d to INR 54,000/t exw for 150mm channel. Prices of semi-finished steel rose sharply yesterday and moderate transactions were observed in the spot market, which resulted in the hike in offers. However, suppliers are offering discounts of around INR 800/t, sources informed.
