Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur increased by INR 300/t today to INR 53,500/t for 150mm channel. Market movement has improved slightly with easing semi-finished steel prices, while manufacturers are trying to keep offers firm in the hope of better transactions. However, suppliers are offering discounts of around INR 800-1,000/t, sources informed SteelMint.
