Bangladesh: US-origin bulk scrap import offers rise further

  • Bulk ferrous scrap import offers into Bangladesh have risen further following the hike in global scrap prices.
  • Offers for US-origin bulk HMS scrap are at $565-570/t CFR Chittagong, a hike of $25-30/t w-o-w.
  • Last week, a couple of bulk scrap import deals were heard concluded at $565/t CFR levels.
