Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur increased today by INR 500/t. The base price of 150mm channel stands at INR 53,500/t exw. Rise in steel billet prices in the region and moderate trading sentiment have kept prices supported over the last couple of days. The trade discount in the market is tentatively in the range of INR 800-1,000/t, as per SteelMint assessment.
