China: Crude steel output of CISA mills rebounds in first 10 days of Jan’22

In mid-Jan’22, the average daily output of pig iron by key steel companies was 1.7515 mnt, an increase of 0.08% month-on-month. However, output decreased by 10.68% y-o-y, as per CISA data. The average daily output of crude steel stood at 1.9873 mnt in mid-Jan, up 1.68% m-o-m. But production decreased by 6.87% on the year.
