Domestic steel wire rod manufacturers in Raipur increased prices today by INR 500/t to INR 51,500/t exw, while trade discounts remained at around INR 500/t. However, many traders raised discounts to around INR 1,000/t depending on the requirement in the market which remained moderate, according to sources. Rising raw material prices prompted suppliers to keep prices high.
