Vedanta subsidiary ESL Steel has further increased list prices of rebar by INR 1,000/t ($13/t) to INR 57,500-58,000/t ($769-776/t) for end-Jan’22 sales, on an exy-Delhi basis excluding GST at 18%, sources informed SteelMint.
Cost push from soaring raw material prices coupled with improved demand in the domestic market has contributed to the hike.
