Iran’s domestic billet prices witnessed a recovery soon after the news of sudden power cuts to a few mills was announced, although finished steel demand remains weak, sources informed SteelMint.
- Billet prices rose sharply by 3,000 Rial/kg to 137,500 Rial/kg compared to 19 Jan’22.
- Rebar prices remained stable at 150,000 Rial/kg on 24 Jan.
