Vedanta (FACOR) conducted a ferro chrome auction on 24 Jan’22 in which the entire quantity on offer received aggressive bidding, with several participants vying to secure supplies. The auction for 10-150mm HC ferro chrome for both the small- and big-sized lots closed at an H1 price of INR 104,000/t. SteelMint assessed ferro chrome prices at INR 102,000/t exw-Jajpur on 20 Jan.
