Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd. (GPIL) has increased domestic pellet offers by INR 200/t ($3/t) to INR 11,700/t exw ($157/t) from INR 11,500/t ($155/t). Other producers in Raipur, central India also hiked offers to INR 11,400-11,500/t exw yesterday. Active participation at OMC’s iron ore lump auction recently and hike in sponge iron prices led to the rise in pellet offers.
