Indian Pellet manufacturers hold prices at last week levels looking at stable Iron ore & Sponge iron prices.
Domestic Pellet demand has improved over Iron ore shortfall, after the Supreme Court directed suspension of mining operations from 10 merchant mines running under second deemed renewal.
Sponge iron manufacturers have increased Pellet consumption because of uninterrupted supply in contrast to Iron ore. Not many miners in Odisha are offering the raw material for sale, as are either overbooked or awaiting clarity on 50:50 Iron ore sales rule.
