Ukraine: Zaporizhstal records crude steel production at over 3.7 mn t in CY’21

Metinvest-owned Zaporizhstal recorded crude steel production at 3.77 mn t in CY’21. Production volumes were largely stable compared to 3.78 mn t in CY’20, mainly to due to maintenance shutdown of blast furnace No. 4.

• Pig iron production stood at 4.47 mn t, stable y-o-y.
• Production of rolled products amounted to 3.20 mn t, stable y-o-y.
