China: Shagang Steel cuts long steel prices for early-Jan’22

China’s Shagang Steel has cut construction steel prices by RMB 100/t ($16/t) for early-Jan’22. Current prices:

• Rebar 16-25mm: RMB 4,900/t ($771/t)
• Wire rod 6-10mm: RMB 5,110/t ($804/t)
• Coiled rebar 8-10mm: RMB 5,200/t ($818/t)

All prices are on ex-mill basis, including VAT effective from 1 Jan.
