Japan’s Country-wise Steel Exports in Jan-Oct’21

Japan’s steel exports increased by 0.3% in Jan-Oct’21 to 25.53 million tonnes (mn t). In the first 10 months of CY’21, Japan’s steel exports to Thailand reached 4.52 mn t, South Korea 3.74 mn t, China 3.58 mn t, Taiwan 1.70 mn t, Indonesia 1.61 mn t, and Vietnam 1.52 mn t. It is to be noted that Japan exported 28.54 mn t steel in CY’20.
