Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) will conduct an auction for 20,000 t (60 kg) of full-length commercial rails from its flagship Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in Chhattisgarh on 7 Jan’22. At the previous SAIL-BSP rails auction held on 21 Dec’21, buyers booked 17,000 t of 60 kg rails at a weighted average price of INR 36,750/t exw, as per SteelMint reports.
