Pakistan: Scrap import prices increase marginally in recent deals

Around 1,150 t of UK/EU-origin shredded scrap in containers was booked at $539/t CFR Qasim recently.
In another deal, 500 t of UK/EU-origin containerised shredded scrap was booked at $538/t CFR Qasim.
SteelMint’s assessment for shredded scrap import prices into Pakistan stands at $536-537/t CFR, up slightly by $1-2/t d-o-d.
