The Odisha government had re-scheduled the Teherai iron and manganese mine block auction floated on 22 Oct’21. According to latest updates, the auction failed to fetch any response and was cancelled due to lack of participation. Explored up to the G2 level, the mine has total geographical resources of 19.87 mn t of iron ore.
