Raipur-based steel wire rod manufacturers have hiked prices today by INR 1,000/t to INR 47,200/t exw d-o-d, amid an increase in raw material prices. However, a mixed trend was observed in terms of buying enquiries and transactions in the spot market. Tradable discounts by resellers were heard in the range of INR 1,000-1,200/t.
