In a confirmed deal, 3,000 t of South African RB2 coal was sold at INR 11,375/t at Gangavaram Port on 22 Dec’21. RB2 prices continued to rise at the port with very limited stock available. RB1 (6000 NAR) grade coal prices also continued to trade higher at $145/t FOB as on 21 Dec’21, up by $5/t w-o-w.
