India’s leading merchant pig iron manufacturer, Vedanta Ltd, has floated an export tender for 30,000 t of steel grade pig iron, SteelMint learnt from sources. The shipment is scheduled for Jan’22. The company has also concluded the previous export tender for 45,000 t of steel grade pig iron for Dec’21 shipment with price levels of around $500/t FOB India.
