State-owned RINL’s Vizag Steel Plant has invited an open tender for appointment of a conversion agent for processing of semi-finished steel blooms (150x150mm) into TMT bars (8-32mm). RINL may supply blooms (150x150mm) for the purpose. The indicative quantity for the tender is 24,000 t per annum of structural steel. The last date for submission of the tender is 28 Dec’21.
