India: Bellary pellet prices pick up in recent trades

SteelMint’s assessment for iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary increased to INR 10,550/t today against INR 10,350/t assessed on 14 Dec’21.

• Confirmed deals for 12,000 t were recorded in this publishing window at around INR 10,200-10,750/t exw.
• However, pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices fell to INR 28,550/t exw against INR 29,000/t asessed on 14 Dec’21.
