Indonesian thermal coal prices of different grades fell by up to $3/t, w-o-w, on weak Chinese demand. Prices of 5800 GAR and 4200 GAR coals are currently assessed at $123.8/t and $65.8/t, respectively. Limited stock of high-CV 6500 GAR coal, however, has pushed up prices by $1.4/t on week to $150.9/t. With prices falling in the past few weeks, Indian buyers of imported coal from Indonesia are back in the market.
