Leading state-owned long steel producer, Vizag Steel, has scheduled an e-auction for around 1,000 t of pooled iron on 20 Dec’21. At the steelmaker’s previous auction conducted on 2 Dec, buyers booked 2,700 t of pooled iron at a weighted average price of INR 35,000/t exw. Bid prices decreased by INR 600/t compared with the previous auction on 18 Nov.
